JOB PURPOSE AND SUMMARY:
The Payer Contract Coordinator is responsible for owning and managing the Letters of Agreement (LOA) process and supporting the tracking and maintenance of payor contracts. The Coordinator serves as a key liaison between the Credentialing, Contracting, Revenue Cycle Management, and Operations teams to help maintain accurate records, monitor updates, and ensure agreements are properly documented. The position requires attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with team members and external partners. Guidance and direction will be provided by senior staff, but the role carries independent responsibility for day-to-day LOA and contract tracking activities.
