We are looking for a Payer Accounts Coordinator to join our team! Reporting to the Senior Director, Payer Account Management, this supporting role will help ensure our payer partnerships run smoothly and effectively. Our Payer Account Management function facilitates new and ongoing relationships with our payer partners, allowing Diverge to expand its reach and allows our programs to help patients who need them most.  

What You’ll Do 

As the Payer Accounts Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in keeping our payer account work organized, timely, and aligned with departmental goals. You’ll help the team stay coordinated and informed so we can deliver on our commitments with excellence. 
Key areas you’ll add value: 

  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including payer touchpoints and cross-functional check-ins. 
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, summaries, and follow-up notes to ensure clear communication and next steps. 
  • Track key projects, timelines, and deliverables, driving timely follow-up and completion. 
  • Maintain trackers, dashboards, and documentation to monitor account activities and progress toward goals. 
  • Support the team in managing priorities and communication across stakeholders 
  • Assist in developing presentation materials and reports for leadership and payer meetings. 
  • Contribute to process improvements that strengthen organization, efficiency, and documentation across the team. 

What You Bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 
  • 2+ years in project coordination, operations, or administrative support. 
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. 
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication. 
  • Comfort working with Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Asana). 
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000, based on experience and alignment with role expectations. In addition to base compensation, we offer a competitive equity package, comprehensive health benefits, and flexible work arrangements. 

At this time, we are unable to support hiring in Alaska and Hawaii due to our primary operations being based in the Eastern and Central time zones.
