The Job in a Nutshell💡

We are seeking a Sales Expansion Manager to drive the adoption of Foodics products and services within our existing customer base. This role involves leading a tele-sales team to execute strategic outbound initiatives aimed at generating incremental revenue from current clients.

Main Task & Responsibilities 💡

    • Manage an outbound tele-sales team to identify opportunities to expand the penetration of Foodics Products among existing customers (e.g., Foodics Pay, Foodics Online)
    • Set up processes and KPIs to track and optimize the performance of the team members (e.g., Calls conducted, Conversion rate, etc.)
    • Lead the expansion efforts of newly launched Foodics products towards existing customers
    • Collaborate with higher management to establish and execute sales targets countrywide
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of expansion sales
    • Forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales
    • Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
    • Developing specific strategies to ensure growth both long and short-term

What Are We Looking For❓

    • 5+ years sales experience in SaaS / FMCG / F&B / FinTech industry
    • Experience in managing a high-performance tele-sales team previously with at least 5 people or more
    • Track record of consistently achieving quota in past positions
    • Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems;
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Must have strong and excellent English & Arabic communication skills
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously
    • Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
