Intrigued? Let’s talk about the role.

The Opportunity

As the Pax8 Channel Sales Representative (US), you’ll be on the front line of Zensai’s Pax8 motion—activating MSPs, enabling Pax8 seller groups, and converting marketplace interest into qualified pipeline and closed-won revenue. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of channel, marketplace GTM, and Microsoft Modern Work / Copilot adoption

Why Pax8 (and why this role matters)

Pax8 is Microsoft’s #1 “distributor” globally and a marketplace connecting MSPs (Managed Service Providers) with ISVs, serving SMB customers. Pax8’s ecosystem scale is massive (tens of thousands of MSPs, heavily Microsoft-centric), creating an outsized opportunity to help MSPs drive AI readiness and Copilot adoption across SMB.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

1) Recruit, onboard, and activate MSP partners through Pax8

  • Own key stages of the channel partner lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, activation, enablement, and ongoing partner management tied to joint revenue commitments.

  • Prioritize the ideal partner profile: Microsoft Solutions Providers focused on Microsoft Modern Work (M365, Teams, Copilot), targeting SMB organizations (typically <250 employees).

2) Drive enablement that turns sellers into confident Zensai advocates

  • Deliver enablement strategies so partners can sell, install, and support Zensai effectively—supported by value-based training and practical assets.

  • Support Pax8-facing enablement rhythms that help seller groups activate MSPs across the US.

3) Operate and optimize the Pax8 marketplace GTM

  • Partner with Pax8 stakeholders and internal teams to keep marketplace motions “launch-ready,” including ensuring the right product story and assets are represented across landing/enrollment experiences.

  • Help translate Pax8 interest into actionable next steps for MSPs (discovery, demos, trials, and co-selling motions), in close partnership with Zensai sales and channel leadership.

4) Build joint business plans and deliver revenue outcomes

  • Run joint planning and execution to achieve annual targets; monitor partner performance and alignment to strategic objectives.

  • Execute co-marketing initiatives with partner marketing teams to create pipelines efficiently through leveraged channel activity.

5) Collaborate cross-functionally to scale what works

  • Work closely across sales, marketing, product, strategy, and support, so partners are aligned with Zensai goals and have what they need to succeed.

What Success Looks Like (Practical outcomes)

(This section is a hiring-friendly success profile—meant as a clear picture of outcomes.)

  • A predictable cadence of MSP activation: enablement → first opportunities → repeatable co-sell plays.

  • Marketplace readiness: crisp positioning, correct assets/links, and a smooth path from interest to demo/trial.

  • Measurable partner-led contribution: pipeline creation, win-rate improvements, and expanding partner commitment.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS channel sales or partner-led GTM, ideally with Microsoft ecosystem exposure (M365/Teams/Copilot) and/or MSP motions.

  • Track record building partner pipeline through enablement + joint planning + co-marketing.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management—comfortable influencing across partner organizations and internal cross-functional teams.

  • High ownership and operational rigor (forecasting, partner follow-through, and consistent execution against targets).

Nice-to-have

  • Experience selling through or alongside distribution/marketplace ecosystems (e.g., Pax8-style channel models).
