Patient Verification Representative DMP

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound phone calls to patients with professionalism and courtesy
  • Clearly explain the purpose of the form and guide patients through the signature process
  • Track outreach progress and maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes
  • Follow up with patients as needed to ensure completion
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure project goals are met
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintaining focus and accuracy

Requirements

Industry Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service role, preferably phone-based

Soft Skills:

  • Fluent English with excellent communication and a clear, neutral accent
  • Friendly and respectful phone demeanor
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Organized with good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in basic computer use, including navigating MS Office and Outlook
  • Comfortable using call tracking systems and updating patient logs
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in US Healthcare or familiarity with healthcare compliance processes is a plus but not mandatory
