As a Part Time Patient Experience Representative you will help ready appointments for our weekend phlebotomist.
Your PT schedule will be Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 5am-1pm EST
During training we would need a 1-2 week weekday commitment
The pay is $17/hr and non negotiable
At Getlabs, you will:
Ready appointments for our mobile phlebotomist
Coordinate with doctors and physicians to retrieve lab orders
Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve patients issues in a timely and positive manner
Coordinate with our local city teams assisting mobile specialists and provide ongoing updates to patients
Performance expectations include completing 12 appointments per hour with fewer than 5 errors per month
What we are looking for:
Previous phlebotomy or clinical experience
Experience processing or reading lab orders
Ability to adapt in a rapid growth environment
Ability to commit to a minimum of 24 hours a week
Strong problem solving skills
Personable and love speaking with others via phone, text, email, and chat
Tech-Savvy
