The Opportunity

As a PCT, you will be a vital member of our care team, providing direct support to patients aged 10 to 17 years old who are navigating eating disorders. This role offers the chance to be a consistent, positive role model and mentor in a young person's recovery journey.

What You'll Do

• Direct Patient Support: Assist young patients with daily living activities and ensure a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
• Mentorship & Role Modeling: Actively promote positive coping mechanisms, healthy routines, and social skills development.
• Observation & Reporting: Monitor patient behavior, document vital signs, and report any changes or concerns to the nursing and PMHNP team.
• Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate, supportive intervention as needed, under the direction of clinical staff.

Shift Requirements (Flexibility is a Must)

• We offer both full-time and part-time positions.
• You must be available to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, within the hours of 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
• Shift schedules will vary from week to week.

Pay: Pay is $20-$23 per hour

Requirements

• Experience working in a healthcare facility (CNA, CMA, BHT, PCT, etc)
• Willingness to learn and lead
• Flexible availability.
