Parts Sales Representative

Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be the go-to expert for both external customers and internal teams. Every day brings variety - supporting service technicians, handling enquiries, processing orders, and actively driving sales growth.

You will take ownership of building customer trust and revenue by offering smart solutions, following up quotes, and strengthening our presence in the market.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond quickly and professionally to customers with accurate pricing and availability
• Support workshop staff with parts queries
• Process invoices, credits, and orders using MIMICO’s Orion system
• Make outbound calls to grow sales and prospect new customers
• Conduct market research and pricing reviews
• Use supplier portals for quotes and ordering
• Support other product lines when required
• Maintain high health & safety standards

• Experience in external parts sales (preferred)
• Strong quote follow-up habits and the ability to think fast
• Mechanical or heavy equipment knowledge (advantageous)
• Crushing, screening, or mining knowledge (bonus, not essential)
• Confidence working with CRM systems - updating pipelines & logging lost sales
• A solid understanding of stock control and inward/outward goods
• Intermediate computer skills: Excel experience is a plus
• Forklift experience is helpful (training provided if needed)
