The Opportunity:

If you know Medicaid plans, you know how rare it is for a new program to launch cleanly, scale smoothly, and actually move the needle on access, quality, and avoidable ED spend. Blueberry is one of the few companies doing it–and we’re growing fast! This role is the engine behind that success.

As our Partnerships Success Manager, you’ll own the moment after the contract is signed: launching new payer partnerships, driving outcomes that matter, and building the trust that leads to renewal and expansion. If you want a role where your fingerprints show up on every successful payer relationship–and where you’re treated as a strategic operator, not a ticket-taker–this is it.

What you’ll own:

  • Lead onboarding and go-live for new Medicaid health plan & employer clients

  • Build and manage implementation timelines, operational workflows, and cross-functional coordination

  • Serve as the primary partner for payer leadership–operational, clinical, quality, and population health teams

  • Conduct QBRs to review partnership performance; utilization, quality, engagement, and ROI storytelling

  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities across new markets and populations

What Success Looks Like:

  • Every account launches smoothly and hits KPIs on time

  • Payer stakeholders see you as the “glue” that makes the partnership work

  • You surface clear, data-backed insights that strengthen our ROI and quality narrative

  • Expansions happen naturally because execution is flawless and trust is high

Experience You’ll Need

  • 5+ years in healthcare partnerships,; ideal if you have experience working with payers & Medicaid plans but not required

  • Strong cross functional operator who can wrangle complexity into predictable execution

  • Confident communicator with senior payer leaders; equally comfortable in details and in narrative

  • Thrives in fast-paced, low-resourced startup environment

Total Rewards:

  • Expected salary for this role is $95,000 - $105,000.

  • 401k matching

  • 99% paid medical, dental, vision plans
