We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our team and grow our business. This commercial role will be specifically related to our strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for managing these partnerships and growing revenue through a trusted advisor approach to account management. You will have a sales quota that can be achieved through these strategic partnerships as well as the business development of further partnerships. You will work cross functionally to upsell and cross sell where possible and join partner events to grow our presence in the industry network.

  • Account manage the strategic partnerships to grow revenue through them by bringing on further customers and expanding their usage and product portfolio
  • Execute regular calls / meetings with partners for account mapping and manage the full sales cycle
  • Present Searoutes product portfolio and work with the partners to increase their product usage
  • Build and manage a go-to-market strategy with each partner and liaise cross functionally to provide them with support required (product, marketing, sales, support etc)
  • Drive co-marketing and demand generation initiatives (webinars, case studies etc) to accelerate adoption.
  • Participate in partner and industry events
  • Track KPI progress towards meeting sales goals
  • Potentially expand the partnership network


Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in strategic account management / partnership sales / sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Experience in SaaS, logistics, supply chain, or sustainability sectors is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics dashboards
  • French speaking is a plus (but not a necessity)
  • Based in Paris or Marseille (ideally) close to our customers
