We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our growing and dynamic team. As a Partnerships Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding Ace Alliance’s partner ecosystem. Your focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, selling sponsorship packages, event exposure, media listings, and cultivating high-value relationships across the iGaming industry. You’ll work closely with our leadership team, bringing strategic ideas and creative solutions to the table.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential partners across the iGaming industry through outbound and inbound efforts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and account management.
  • Promote and sell partnership opportunities including event sponsorships, PR & digital media exposure, directory listings, and more.
  • Maintain a high-performing sales pipeline via CRM tools, while tracking all relevant activity and performance metrics.
  • Understand each partner’s needs and goals to tailor creative partnership solutions that deliver real ROI.
  • Reactivate previous or dormant leads through targeted outreach strategies.
  • Represent Ace Alliance at key events and industry meetups, strengthening our position in the global iGaming space.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align partnership goals.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven sales and partnership experience in the iGaming industry.
  • Solid knowledge of affiliate marketing, B2B sales, and event sponsorship models.
  • Existing network of contacts within the iGaming industry.
  • Experience selling online media, listings, and event sponsorship packages.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); additional European language is a plus.
  • Confident, presentable, and comfortable leading face-to-face meetings.
  • Highly organized with strong time and pipeline management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a drive to exceed revenue targets.
