The Italian market has been identified as a strategic priority for Aircall in 2026, representing an exciting opportunity to support the company’s expansion in the region.
As a Partnerships Development Intern for the Italy region at Aircall, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our Partnerships team, supporting initiatives that help us grow our network of partners and optimize existing relationships.
You'll gain hands-on experience with partner acquisition and management, business development, partner marketing, and relationship management, while also developing skills in data management.
Key responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and engage new potential partners across Italy (distributors, consultants, system integrators, etc.).
Help partners grow their expertise around Aircall’s product and value proposition.
Strengthen commercial relationships through recurring check-ins, pipeline reviews, and collaborative business planning.
Educate partners around AI-related features, use cases, and product innovation.
Map relevant technology players, industry verticals, and local business communities.
Participate in the creation of joint marketing actions: webinars, events, content, campaigns, customer stories.
Qualifications:
Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
Adaptable and engaged, self-motivated, thrives in a dynamic setting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Interest in partnerships, sales, or business development.
Top–tier business school or university program, currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot or other CRM tools.
