Partnerships Coordinator

We’re looking for a Partnerships Coordinator to support partnerships in one of the fastest growing and most exciting apparel brands around! You will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of initiatives across product seeding, events, and affiliate marketing. This is a highly execution-focused role, ideal for someone early in their career who is organized, detail-oriented, and excited to work closely with talent, influencers, and brand partners. Responsibilities include managing product orders, maintaining accurate databases and reporting, and supporting budget tracking. The role requires strong organizational skills, trend awareness, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure timely delivery, brand alignment, and achievement of influencer KPIs. This role will be based at our HQ in Carlsbad and will eventually require presence in Los Angeles as well.   

What you’ll get to do:  

• Support product ordering and inventory coordination for partnerships (influencer, sports, etc.), events, and seeding initiatives  
• Conduct research on relevant influencer partners, cultural trends, and brand alignment opportunities  
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the seeding house, including managing product requests, tracking inventory, and coordinating shipments  
• Execute product seeding and gifting for partners, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery  
• Maintain and update trackers for product requests, shipments, inventory usage, and partnership deliverables  
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution and fulfillment  
• Assist in the planning and execution of partnership events, including logistics, guest coordination, and on-site support (HQ and LA as needed)  
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the partnerships and seeding team 
• Other duties as assigned 

Who you are:  

• 1+ years of experience or relevant internship experience accepted
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail 
• Strong communicator with a proactive, can-do mindset 
• Interested in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, and events 
• Familiarity with social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube and the influencer marketing landscape

The hourly range for this role is $26/hr. - $30/hr.
