Partnerships Coordinator

We are seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to support the scaling of our partnerships function as the company enters its next phase of growth.


This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, sales, marketing, and operations. While it is not a quota-carrying sales role, candidates with proven sales, account management, or upselling experience will be successful in this position due to the level of partner interaction and customer-facing responsibility.


Your work will directly support revenue growth by helping partners sell more effectively and ensuring partner-driven deals are well-organized and well-executed. You will report directly to the Vice President of Partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

Partner Operations & Internal Coordination

  • Prospect and engage new technology and carrier partners on behalf of the VP, identifying opportunities, initiating introductions, and preparing materials to support deal discussions and accelerate the closing process.
  • Manage day-to-day partner workflows across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Support
  • Maintain partner data, deal tracking, and reporting in CRM
  • Support partner deal flow from introduction through close
  • Ensure partner expectations are set correctly early in the sales cycle


Partner Enablement & Partner-Facing Sales Support

  • Create and maintain partner enablement materials:
    • Solution briefs
    • Sales decks
    • Case studies
  • Help partners understand:
    • When to bring us into deals
    • How to position joint solutions
    • How to identify upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Support partner-driven upsell and cross-sell motions alongside sales


Partner Onboarding & Relationship Management

  • Support onboarding of new carrier and technology partners
  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for select partners
  • Coordinate introductions between partners and internal teams
  • Help manage ongoing partner relationships and expectations


Events & Travel

  • Coordinate and attend partner meetings, events, and conferences
  • Support on-site partner visits and follow-up execution
  • Ensure action items from partner meetings are captured and closed


Qualifications

  • 2–7 years’ experience in one or more of the following:
    • Sales or inside sales
    • Account management or customer success
    • Partnerships or channel operations
    • Revenue or marketing operations

  • Demonstrated experience:
    • Managing customer or partner relationships
    • Supporting upsell, expansion, or renewal motions
    • Working cross-functionally with sales and operations teams

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and pipeline data
  • Willingness to travel and engage directly with partners and customers
  • Experience in SaaS, logistics, or supply chain technology is a plus
