As our network expands, partnerships are becoming a critical growth lever. We are hiring a Partnerships Associate to help build and manage Catena’s ecosystem relationships across TMSs, AI platforms, marketplaces, fintechs, and telematics providers.

This role reports to the Head of Growth and supports strategic partnership development and execution.

Role Summary

The Partnerships Associate supports the growth and coordination of Catena’s partner ecosystem. You’ll help manage outreach, track partnership pipeline, coordinate joint initiatives, and ensure partners are activated and enabled effectively.

This role blends relationship management, coordination, and light GTM execution.

What You’ll Do

Partner Outreach & Development

  • Support identification and research of potential partners

  • Assist in outbound coordination and scheduling

  • Track partnership conversations and status in CRM

  • Prepare briefing materials and meeting notes

Partner Enablement & Execution

  • Help coordinate pilot programs and integrations

  • Support co-marketing efforts and announcement logistics

  • Track partner milestones and KPIs

  • Assist with joint webinars, events, and content initiatives

Ecosystem Growth Support

  • Maintain partnership pipeline reporting

  • Help identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities

  • Support ecosystem mapping and strategy planning

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years experience in partnerships, business development, or B2B SaaS roles

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills

  • Comfortable speaking with partners and customers

  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously

  • Clear written communicator
