About the Role
As a Partnership Specialist - Finance Products, you will be responsible for building and managing partnerships with financial service providers such as banks, payment gateways, and e-wallets to support cash-in capabilities. You will handle end-to-end partnership processes—from sourcing and onboarding to monitoring performance and resolving issues—while working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and reliable payment operations. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and strong in stakeholder management, with an interest in fintech and payment ecosystems.
About the Team
You’ll be working with two awesome teams: the Supply Team and the Operations Team. Get ready to dive into the PPOB & Remittance industry and learn all about Indonesia’s agent network. You’ll responsible for developing and managing cash-in partnerships (banks, payment gateways, e-wallets) to ensure scalable, cost-efficient, and reliable payment channels.
Job Description :
- Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with cash-in partners; negotiate pricing, SLA, and commercial terms.
- Handle onboarding from sourcing, due diligence, negotiation, integration coordination, UAT, to go-live.
- Monitor partner performance and act as the main PIC for escalation and service improvement.
- Define COGS and collaborate with Finance & Growth to ensure competitive pricing.
- Collaborate with Finance, Product, Growth and Selling Price.
- Work with partners to resolve transaction issues and ensure SLA compliance (non-operational execution).
- Align with Product, Engineering, Finance, and CS for seamless integration and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years in Partnership, Business Development, or Fintech/Payments (cash-in, VA, PG, e-wallet).
- Proven ability to manage external partners and negotiate pricing, SLA, and commercial terms.
- Experience handling end-to-end onboarding (sourcing, due diligence, integration, go-live).
- Comfortable working with data (Excel/Spreadsheet) to support decision-making.
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Finance, and external partners.
- Strong in stakeholder management and simplifying complex topics.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
