As our Partnerships, PR & Branding Specialist, you will build and secure strategic partnerships and PR opportunities that expand the reach of our travel brands. In doing so, you will have the opportunity to strengthen Ventura TRAVEL’s brand awareness, grow our visibility in your market and drive measurable impact on branded search and partnership funding.

You will report directly to our Marketing Director and work in an international marketing team of +10 highly motivated, skilled and passionate colleagues. On a daily basis, you will

  • Identify, pitch and secure strategic partnerships with tourism boards, travel companies and relevant consumer brands
  • Manage partnership pipelines end to end, from first outreach to execution
  • Raise budgets and funds for joint initiatives that increase reach and visibility
  • Build relationships with journalists, bloggers and media to secure ongoing coverage
  • Drive PR outreach to increase mentions, visibility and award opportunities
  • Identify and apply to relevant travel and marketing awards
  • Proactively secure high quality backlinks to strengthen SEO and brand authority
  • Track KPIs such as branded search volume, media reach and partnership value

  • Confident networker who enjoys outreach and connecting with people
  • Clear understanding of how brand awareness supports business growth
  • Ability to independently identify opportunities and turn them into measurable impact
  • Structured way of working, clear prioritization and focus on results
  • High motivation to drive visibility, media presence and awards
  • Fluency in German or in French
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI and take initiative to implement solutions.
