As the Partnership Manager, your focus will be on expanding our partnerships across diverse industries. You will identify pertinent brands and retailers, negotiate optimal rates, offers, and events. You will be fully accountable for your partnerships, ensuring that you meet all client and member expectations while striving to increase both online and offline engagement. It is essential that the business maintains a comprehensive understanding of your partnerships and explores additional revenue opportunities, such as commission.
Your passion for securing outstanding offers, events, and benefits will guarantee that we consistently enhance the value of our core service. You will keep abreast of current market trends and competitor offerings, ensuring our members enjoy unique and exciting partnerships that are top of the market. You should have a strong desire to expand your knowledge in line with Ten's growth areas or the needs of corporate clients.
You will continuously think ahead, demonstrating innovation and creativity in discovering new ideas and suppliers, thereby playing a vital role in the development of our Global Offers & Events Strategy.
