Context
In Skello Spain we believe that partnerships can be a game-changer for the business. There are two main drivers that can accelerate this channel: Our prospects have a strong relationship with their Financial External Consultants (Gestorías) which are more than 40'000 in Spain. All our tech partners (Payroll softwares, POS systems, ATS..) have the same interest as we do, offering the best of breed technology and having a seamless connection between tools. This is another untapped opportunity for Skello.
You will be based in Barcelona and report to Marc, our General Manager Spain.
Missions
Partnership Strategy:
Develop and execute partnership strategies that support business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Partnership development: Identify and evaluate potential partners and explore new distribution channels for Skello in France and abroad.
Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential partners and oversee the implementation of partnership agreements.
Project management: Coordinate cross-functional teams (including marketing, sales, product, ops and legal) to ensure the successful implementation of strategic partnerships.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with partners.
Sales animation: Animate Skello and partners’ commercial teams to make sure we make the most of existing partners.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in top-tier consulting firm, in key account management position or in a strategic position in a fast-growing scale-up
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Comfortable in establishing professional relationships with senior stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and experience dealing with strategic topics
Self-starter and able to make things happen by oneself
Good understanding of the SaaS business
Fluent in Spanish and English (French is a plus)
