About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Partnership Manager to develop and manage strategic partnerships that directly drive occupancy across our serviced apartment portfolio. The primary objective of this role is to position our properties as the preferred accommodation choice for relocation staff, students, corporate assignees, schools, and institutional partners. You will be responsible for building long term relationships with key stakeholders to secure recurring bookings and preferred supplier agreements.

This is a commercial and relationship driven role, ideal for someone who understands the serviced apartment ecosystem and knows how to turn partnerships into consistent booking volume.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with:
    • Schools, universities, and educational institutions
    • Relocation companies
    • Corporates, HR departments, and mobility managers
    • Training centers, corporations, and institutions placing staff or students
  • Position our serviced apartments as the preferred accommodation solution for short and mid term stays
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, preferred rates and volume based deals to maximise occupancy
  • Maintain strong long term relationships to ensure repeat bookings and exclusivity where possible
  • Work closely with operations and revenue teams to align availability, pricing and partner needs
  • Track performance of partnerships including bookings generated, occupancy impact and revenue contribution
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions and partner meetings

Qualifications and Experience

  • Three to five years experience in the serviced apartment industry, corporate housing, relocation or hospitality partnerships
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Corporate housing & serviced apartment demand drivers
    • Relocation and student accommodation needs
  • Proven experience building partnerships that lead to measurable booking volume
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Commercial mindset with a clear focus on occupancy and revenue impact
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal
  • Self starter, structured and comfortable working autonomously

Working Days and Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • 09:00 to 18:00 (CEST Time)
  • Location: Hybrid, Cape Town, South Africa
  • Schedule: Full-Time
