Partnership Manager - Italy

Activate and manage a portfolio of strategic partners to drive Agicap’s revenue growth in Italy, while collaborating with sales and marketing teams for mutual success.
As a Partnership Manager, you will be a key driver of Agicap’s indirect revenue growth in Italy. Your mission is to activate, develop and manage a portfolio of strategic partners — including accounting firms, financial consultants, system integrators, and business advisors — who will become active promoters and distributors of the Agicap solution.
We are building the Partnership channel and you will be both a sales hunting to activate new partners and a relationship builder working to grow signed partnerships.
You will identify and engage new partners, demonstrate the commercial value of Agicap, negotiate partnership agreements, define Go to Market strategies for each partner and then support them to generate qualified pipeline and close deals. You act as the bridge between Agicap and the partner ecosystem, ensuring mutual success and long-term value creation.
Because of the early stage of the Partnership channel, this role is highly sales-oriented. You will work closely with the SDR, AE, and Marketing teams to maximize the impact of the partner channel as Agicap expands into the mid-market segment.
Partner Acquisition & Sales

Explore and identify potential partners across sectors including accounting firms, financial consultants, system integrators, ERP resellers, and business advisory networks.

Present the Agicap partnership program to prospective partners, delivering compelling demos that showcase the ROI for both partners and their end clients.

Identify partners’ financial and strategic interests to tailor a winning value proposition for each relationship.

Negotiate partnership contracts end-to-end, working closely with internal legal teams to finalize agreements adapted to each partner’s profile.

Transform identified opportunities into signed partnerships by applying a consultative, creative, and results-driven selling approach.

Onboard new partners thoroughly, ensuring they master Agicap’s offerings, value proposition, and sales methodology.

Coach strategic partners on how to effectively become distributors of Agicap, supporting them in identifying relevant prospects within their own client base.

Assist partners in driving sales and expanding Agicap’s reach among SMBs and mid-market companies in Italy.

Keep partners continuously informed about the latest product releases, feature updates, and market positioning.

Plan and organize co-marketing activities — webinars, physical events, and joint campaigns — in collaboration with partners and the Agicap marketing team.

Enhance Agicap’s brand presence through participation in key exhibitions, industry events, and professional gatherings.

Regularly track and report partnership performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact to the management team.

Collaborate with the SDR and AE teams to ensure seamless handoff and follow-up on partner-sourced opportunities.

Must-Have

Fluent or native Italian speaker with full professional proficiency in English.

2–5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within a SaaS or B2B tech environment and/or a Partner Manager role

Proven ability to prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals — you are a true “Hunter” and a “Do-er.”

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable seamless collaboration across teams, partners, and stakeholders.

Strong ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels, especially with management and strategic decision-makers.

Rigorous, well-organized, and capable of managing a large volume of information and multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
