Partnership Manager - Salary starts at £40,000
Summary
It is a time of transformation and opportunity across the team, and we’re currently looking to reformulate our team structure in a way that will allow us to better meet our partner’s expectations in the UK. Below is the essential information related to this role and the profiles we’re seeking. In a very general sense, we’re seeking dedicated professionals who are committed to the Boundless Learning mission and broader business objectives.
Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities

Maintain accurate records of relevant partnership documentation and have a strong handle on reporting and other key information related to each partnership.

Be a key partner to the Enrolment and Retention, and Operations teams at Boundless Learning, attending cross-functional meetings, and reporting key items back to the Partnership Strategy and Engagement Team.

Build and maintain strong relationships cross-functionally, with the confidence to manage difficult conversations when needed.

Own the logistics of the Joint Operations Committees and Joint Steering Committees, ensuring the process supports good governance of the committees by the Director and Senior Director respectively.

Support the logistics of the annual Partnership Appreciation Event.

Work on a wide range of operational issues in a supporting role across our UK partnerships with the Director, UK Partnerships or the Senior Director, Partnerships Strategy and Engagement.

Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for prospective and existing partners.

Work from the London office 5 days a week with some travel to meet our partners across the UK when needed.
Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, and demonstrable evidence of CPD.

Detail orientated, highly organised, with the resilience and drive to see activities through to completion.

Comfortable working in a cross-functional role, where strong relationship-building, influencing, and collaboration skills are essential.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional role, navigating varied opportunities and challenges.

Enjoy building long-term relationships, in customer-facing roles, and have a focus on customer success.

Comfortable working with KPIs and performance metrics and commercially minded.

Some events management experience is desirable but not essential.

A demonstrated passion for higher education in the UK and globally.

Must be able to work 5 days a week from our London office.
