As our Partnership & Accounts Manager, you will be the primary architect of our relationships with University Career Centres. By nurturing existing partners and aggressively developing new ones, you ensure that our impact-driven opportunities reach the students who will shape the future of our planet. 🎯 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Leading Growth: Identifying and launching high-impact new Career Centre partnerships to expand market reach and revenue.
  • Strategic Management: Proactively managing a portfolio of University partners to ensure maximum engagement, retention, and fulfilment of objectives.
  • Driving Activations: Securing commitment for targeted email campaigns and presentations to maximise institutional exposure.
  • Mentoring Future Talent: Serving as a direct line manager to a junior team member, guiding their professional development.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Owning partner data within Salesforce to track performance and inform account strategies.
  • Optimising Excellence: Documenting and improving key partnership processes to ensure team scalability and efficiency.


🚀 WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Proven Partnership Experience: A track record of managing and growing key accounts, ideally within higher education, B2B, or purpose-driven sectors.
  • Exceptional Communication: Highly confident in engaging, influencing, and negotiating with senior academic and administrative decision-makers.
  • Commercial Acumen: The ability to translate business objectives into actionable strategies that deliver measurable ROI.
  • Digital Proficiency: Comfort using CRM systems (Salesforce), marketing platforms, and AI-enabled tools to drive productivity.
  • Proactive Mindset: A self-directed motivator who identifies growth opportunities and drives initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Agility: A flexible approach, ready to support online events and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.


Bonus if you also have:

  • Experience in the international education or conservation sectors.
  • Familiarity with hosting and technical setup for webinars and virtual open days.
