So, what’s the role all about? 

As a Lead Partner Success Manager (Transformation & Adoption), you will lead end to end partner led customer transformation—helping Global System Integrators (GSIs) and partners design, deploy, and scale next generation CX, AI agents, and agentic automation to deliver measurable business outcomes. 

This is a hand son, delivery oriented role with a strong consulting mindset. You will operate across strategy, operating model design, solution adoption, and deployment enablement—bringing structure to ambiguity and driving clarity, momentum, and impact. 

You’ll succeed in this role if you are highly organised, client-centric, and capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels to drive continuous improvement and tangible outcomes.  

How will you make an impact? 

  • Leading partner led transformation initiatives from discovery through scaled adoption, defining clear outcomes, value hypotheses, and success metrics. 
  • Facilitating structured workshops with partners and customers, including discovery, operating model design, solution design, journey mapping, and governance. 
  • Designing and building scalable partner delivery assets such as playbooks, reference architectures, implementation patterns, QA checklists, and adoption toolkits. 
  • Driving deployment readiness with GSIs, covering configuration and integration approaches, delivery responsibilities, risk management, and runbooks. 
  • Establishing and running effective governance with senior stakeholders through executive updates, decision logs, RAID management, and cross functional alignment. 
  • Using data and analytics to track adoption and value realisation, continuously refining delivery and enablement approaches based on evidence. 
  • Identifying systemic blockers across product, process, and enablement, translating them into clear requirements and improvement initiatives. 
  • Enabling partners to self serve and deliver independently at scale, reducing reliance on internal teams over time. 
  • Driving the broader partner strategy by feeding delivery, adoption, and customer insights into partner models, enablement priorities, and alignment with product and platform direction. 

 

Have you got what it takes? 

  • 5–10+ years’ experience in consulting, transformation, solution adoption, or delivery enablement roles within SaaS, CX, AI, or automation. 
  • Proven ability to lead ambiguous, cross functional initiatives through to measurable outcomes. 
  • Strong structured problem solving skills: framing problems, defining options, driving decisions, and executing plans. 
  • Experience facilitating senior level stakeholder workshops and influencing at executive level. 
  • Handson delivery credibility: comfortable operating in the detail of configuration concepts, integration patterns, and implementation realities (no coding required, but technical fluency is essential). 
  • Experience working with GSIs or delivery partners on deployment, configuration, and integration.
