About your role: You will have full ownership of the partner journey from onboarding to scaling, and directly impact revenue growth across international markets. In this role, you will
Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners
Manage and support a portfolio of 30–40 partners simultaneously
Work with warm leads and onboard new partners
Drive partner growth and development to increase project revenue
It’s all about you
2+ years of experience in a client-facing role
2+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
Fluent in Spanish (B2+) and confident in English (B2+), enabling smooth communication and efficient collaboration with partners across international markets
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Results-driven, client-focused approach
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently and structure information effectively
Experience with CRM tools
Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Tableau or Amplitude
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and a proactive, “can-do” attitude
