Kafene is hiring a Partner Success Manager to build and grow relationships with our existing retail partners. This person will own driving adoption, performance, and revenue growth. The role will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, leading onboarding, training, and ongoing optimization through data-driven insights and regular business reviews. This role will develop and execute territory-level strategies while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver a best-in-class partner experience. Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned retail partners, building and maintaining high-impact relationships.
Conduct in-person visits, remote consultations, and structured follow-ups to promote partner engagement and performance.
Lead training and product presentations to increase utilization and conversion.
Deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with performance insights and improvement plans.
Sales Execution and Strategy
Develop and execute territory-level sales strategies to meet or exceed established goals.
Monitor and report on sales KPIs and growth targets.
Negotiate and support contractual and operational agreements with partners.
Collaborate on in-store implementation of marketing and technical solutions (e.g., point-of-sale integration).
Data Management and Reporting
Maintain accurate CRM activity records (e.g., HubSpot).
Analyze store-level and regional trends to drive prioritization.
Prepare and present performance reports to internal stakeholders and partners.
Collaboration and Compliance
Coordinate with an internal team, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations, to align on strategy.
Adhere to internal compliance protocols and industry regulations.
Proactively escalate partner concerns or operational blockers.
What You'll Bring
2–5 years of experience in account management, territory sales, or partner-facing roles, ideally in fintech, retail services, SaaS, or point-of-sale environments.
A proven ability to build trusted relationships with external partners and drive adoption, performance, and revenue growth across a portfolio of accounts.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience using data, KPIs, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to prioritize efforts and tell a clear performance story.
Comfort working cross-functionally and in fast-growing environments, with the ability to balance autonomy, accountability, and compliance requirements.
Compensation and Benefits
$60-75K Base Salary with an additional performance-based bonus opportunity of up to 30% of base salary.
