The Partner Success Coordinator is key in ensuring we optimize our current partners, educate new partners, and support the Category Managers. The goal of the Partner Success Coordinator is to support onboarding dropship and direct marketplace partners, increase members through verification, increase orders through marketplace and increase value on both. This will be done by ensuring that all orders are fulfilled, partners are scaled by increasing offerings and cleaning up logistics to make sure partners can scale without impacting the workload of cross-functional teams.

Work Location
The Partner Success Coordinator will work 100% onsite at the GOVX Corporate Office in San Diego, CA during their 90-day introductory period, working five days per week with a full eight-hour shift each day. After successful completion of the 90-day introductory period, the role may transition to a hybrid schedule, working a minimum of three in-office days per week with a full eight-hour shift each day. The in-office days will be set by the manager based on business needs. No relocation allowance or visa sponsorship will be provided.
