About Us

YouLend is a rapidly growing FinTech that is the preferred embedded financing platform for many of the world’s leading e-commerce platforms, tech companies, and Payment Service Providers. Our software platform enables our partners to extend their value proposition by offering flexible financing products in their own branding, to their merchant base, without capital at risk.

We are owned by the leading Private Equity company, EQT, and have grown +100% year-on-year since 2020. We are headquartered in London, UK, but are also present in several European countries as well as the United States where we service our partners, including eBay, Amazon, Just Eat, Shopify, and Stripe.

The Role

As a Partner Support Executive, you will sit within the sales function and manage merchants who have already accepted and signed their funding offer via one of our key partners.

This is a customer service role, and our role is to guide them through the final stages of the process and ensure they are funded quickly and efficiently.

You will act as the main point of contact for these merchants, collecting any outstanding documentation, answering queries, and resolving any issues that may delay funding. A proactive approach, strong organisation and clear communication are essential, as many of these deals can fund within very short timeframes.

You will also be responsible for a dedicated support inbox, responding to inbound merchant queries and ensuring a high standard of service throughout the funding journey.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a pipeline of accepted and signed funding deals, progressing them efficiently through to funding stage.
  • Proactively contact merchants daily to obtain any final documentation or information required for funding.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for merchants from acceptance through to funding.
  • Monitor and manage a partner-specific inbox, responding to queries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide clear guidance on process, timelines and next steps.
  • Work closely with internal teams within our production line to remove blockers and avoid delays.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed notes within HubSpot and internal systems.
  • Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of the merchant experience.

The ideal candidate will have the following skillset:

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple active deals at once.
  • Proactive and results-focused, with a clear understanding of urgency.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow process accurately.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight turnaround times.
  • Confident using CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred but not necessary).
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.

Desirable skills:

  • Experience in business funding, fintech or financial services.
  • Experience in a customer-facing or operational support role.
  • Experience managing shared inboxes or high-volume query queues.
