Description

We are looking for you as Partner Sales Manager (gn) to join our Sales department at our headquarters in Fulda or remote in Germany starting at the earliest possible date. The position can be filled on a full-time basis.

Your Role

  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Sales Enablement: Provide training, resources, and support to partners to help them successfully sell our products/services
  • Revenue Growth: Drive sales through partners by setting sales targets, tracking performance, and identifying new opportunities
  • Business Development: Identify and onboard new partners to expand market presence
  • Go-To-Market Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute joint marketing and sales strategies
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze partner sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Contract Negotiation: Work with legal and finance teams to structure agreements and ensure compliance with company policies

Your Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Partner sales or a related function
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and KPI; strong data and reporting skills
  • Structured, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • German at a native speaker level and fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
