About the Role As a Partner Relationship Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving our mission forward by building meaningful partnerships with veterinary clinics across the country. You will own early-stage sales cycle from start to finish, including proactive cold outreach, delivering compelling demos, and closing new veterinary clinic partnerships. After the contract is signed, you’ll hand off to our implementation team so you can stay focused on growth. This role is a great fit for someone who is confident in outbound prospecting, loves the hunt, and knows how to guide a consultative sales process from first touch to close. What You'll Do:
  • Manage the full-cycle sales process from prospecting and outreach to demo and close
  • Conduct cold calls, send emails, and use LinkedIn or other strategies to connect with decision-makers
  • Present and pitch Koala’s solution to veterinary practices, adapting to each clinic’s needs
  • Track your pipeline and progress using Salesforce
  • Collaborate with the onboarding team for a smooth handoff after the sale
  • Stay informed on trends in veterinary medicine and pet health
  • What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year mini of B2B sales experience, ideally within the veterinary or animal health industry
  • Experience within the veterinary or pet care industry a must
  • Strong prospecting skills with a track record of generating and closing your own opportunities
  • Experience in cold calling and outbound outreachComfort using Salesforce or similar CRMs to manage pipeline and track performance
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
