KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide technical and functional support for the Partner Portal and PRM backend, including configuration, user assistance, and troubleshooting.
  • Translate business requirements from Channel, Sales, and Marketing teams into technical specifications for IT/Development teams.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (CRM, Marketing, Channel Sales, Analytics, etc.) to deliver system improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Support Channel Operations activities such as Cloud Marketplace performance tracking and SKU optimization.
  • Assist in preparing user documentation and supporting change management for partners.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, business operations, or partner/channel roles
  • Experience working with CRM, PRM, or similar business platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, Outlook).
  • Understanding partner business models is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to work across cultures, time zones.
  • Proactive, structured, and able to work independently in a globally distributed team

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience with CRM Dynamics, Power BI, or partner ecosystem tools.
  • Background in IT, business analysis, or program management.
