Partner Outreach Assistant (Network Development) - Remote/Worldwide

Our client is building a nationwide network of independent assembly and installation contractors. We're seeking a proactive Partner Outreach Assistant to recruit, onboard, and grow their contractor partner network across multiple states.

What You'll Do

Partner Recruitment

• Proactively reach out to independent assembly/installation contractors to join the network
• Pitch the partnership opportunity and communicate the value proposition effectively
• Manage your own outreach pipeline and track recruitment progress

Onboarding & Network Growth

• Onboard new contractor partners and get them set up in the system
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing contractors
• Grow the contractor network strategically across multiple states

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Excellent communication and sales skills to effectively recruit contractor partners
• Ability to work independently and manage your own outreach activities
• Familiarity with sales prospecting tools and software (CRMs, dialer apps, outreach platforms)
• Strong English communication skills with a neutral accent
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up abilities
• Comfortable making high-volume outreach calls and emails

Compensation

• Base salary + Commission: Earn per new contractor successfully recruited and onboarded
• Growth potential: Higher earnings as you build and expand the network
