As Partner Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the operational success of our partner network. You’ll be responsible for cultivating strong, productive relationships with our partners while ensuring they consistently deliver to our standards. This role is critical in driving partner performance, operational excellence, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key service partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all partner-related operational queries and support.
  • Monitor and analyse partner performance using data and KPIs, taking a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and operational check-ins with partners.
  • Support partners in improving their processes to meet and exceed Houst’s quality and service standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., CX, Finance, Supply, Tech) to ensure seamless partner onboarding, training, and operations.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve the efficiency and scalability of our partner operations.
  • Drive initiatives to support partner growth and satisfaction, ensuring alignment with Houst’s overall strategic objectives.

Requirements

  •  3-5 years of either commercial account management, or third party supplier management experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, demonstrable ability to train, educate and influence client decisions.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven results.
  • High level of attention to detail
