Partner Marketing Senior Manager

AI overview

Enable and develop strategic partnership relationships through go-to-market launches and performance analytics, ensuring marketing investments translate to revenue.

The world’s most critical--and at-risk--business applications have been neglected for far too long. Onapsis eliminates this blind spot by providing cybersecurity solutions dedicated to business-critical applications. Onapsis helps nearly 30% of the Forbes Global 100 understand the threats and risks across their SAP and Oracle landscapes, whether running on-premises, in the cloud, or in a hybrid environment.

We’re seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to enable and develop our strategic partnership relationships. Reporting to our CMO, you'll have a strategic seat at the table where partner go-to-market, field execution, and revenue acceleration converge.

You'll be instrumental in enabling partners to articulate how security must evolve for the modern ERP landscape, building co-marketing programs that position Onapsis as the platform enterprises need to protect their "crown jewels" - the business applications that power the global economy. This positioning gives you unique visibility into how our marketing investments translate to pipeline and revenue, while allowing you to leverage field marketing resources and insights to amplify partner success.

What You'll Do

  • Go-to-Market Launches: Lead partner-centric product launches and solution announcements - coordinating messaging, timing, and promotional activities across internal and external partner networks (including global SIs and hyperscalers).
  • Content Creation: Create compelling partner-focused content (case studies, white papers, webinars, solution guides) that showcase the joint value proposition of Onapsis and demonstrate how we secure business-critical applications like SAP and Oracle.
  • Field-Partner Integration: Collaborate with field marketing to integrate partners into regional campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, and executive roundtables - creating a multiplier effect for our go-to-market efforts.
  • Campaign Development: Design and execute co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners that demonstrate how Onapsis + partner services address the vulnerability management and compliance challenges in complex, cloud-native, and hybrid ERP architectures.
  • Event Management: Support partner participation in industry events (e.g., SAPPHIRE, SAPInsider), co-hosted webinar; coordinate with field marketing on Global and  regional partner activations.
  • Partner Enablement: Support the development of comprehensive partner marketing toolkits - including pitch decks, battle cards, and co-branded collateral - that help partners position the shift from general network security to application-level security and compliance.
  • Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on partner marketing program effectiveness, pipeline influence, and ROI to continuously optimize efforts.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Background:

  • 4-6 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years specifically in partner, channel, or ecosystem marketing.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software environments is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with the SAP ecosystem is a significant plus; experience in vulnerability management, GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), or application security is highly valued.
  • Experience working across both partner and field marketing functions to drive regional revenue.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple partner initiatives simultaneously in a high-growth environment.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills - you can translate technical ERP security concepts into compelling narratives for both C-suite and technical audiences.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A team player comfortable working across sales, product, and external partner organizations.
  • Analytical Rigor: Experience measuring marketing impact, partner engagement metrics, and MDF (Marketing Development Funds) ROI.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and connect partner programs to broader revenue objectives.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms and CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Background working with Global System Integrators (GSIs), MSPs, or technology alliance partners (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS).
  • Existing relationships in the cybersecurity or ERP consulting ecosystem.
  • Track record of aligning partner strategies with Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
