What you’ll be doing

As Partner Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of partner marketing and play a key role in how we scale our ecosystem:

  • Own the partner marketing strategy in alignment with company GTM, revenue, and ecosystem goals.
  • Define clear priorities, success metrics, and investment levels across partner marketing initiatives.
  • Lead joint go-to-market strategies with key partners, including:
    • Defining target segments and ICP overlap
    • Developing joint value propositions and messaging
    • Creating and executing co-marketing plans (campaigns, content, events, launches)
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Ensure partner-led initiatives are focused on measurable demand generation, pipeline creation, and revenue impact.
  • Develop and maintain partner-facing marketing assets and enablement materials to support consistent messaging.
  • Track, analyse, and report on partner marketing performance, using insights to continuously improve strategy and execution.
  • Proactively identify new partner opportunities, joint GTM plays, or ways to scale existing partner motions.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in related sales, channel, or partner roles within SaaS and/or B2B industries.
  • Proven experience working with partners, alliances, or ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Experience building or scaling partner marketing initiatives, ideally in a growing organization.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams.
  • Clear communication skills and confidence working with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on measurable impact.
