The Role

We are looking for a versatile Partner Marketing Manager to serve as the marketing engine for our newly created Channel Partner Success function.

This function has a singular purpose: to facilitate commercial growth and drive collective revenue between Ravelin and our critical channel partners. While our Channel Success Managers focus on commercial negotiations and direct sales, your role is to develop the marketing tools, campaigns, and enablement structures needed to fuel their success.

You will act as a strategic bridge. You will sit within the Marketing team, but you will work closely with the Director of Channel Partner Success. You will be a marketing generalist with a blend of product marketing, events, campaigns partnerships experience and tasked with ensuring our partners are engaged, equipped, and actively selling Ravelin.

Responsibilities

Drive GTM Strategy & Lead Generation: You will turn our partners into lead generators, working hand-in-hand with our Channel Success Managers to build the Go-To-Market strategy. You will identify where the revenue opportunities lie and make campaigns happen to capture them.

Create Scalable Partner Enablement: You will build the marketing "operating system" for partner success. This means creating content that is scalable and easy to use, whether that’s crafting combined value messaging, one-pagers, pitch decks, videos, or battlecards that enable sellers both internally and externally.

Own Campaign Execution: You will own the delivery of channel-driven marketing campaigns alongside our partners. From regional roadshows and webinars to co-branded content, you will manage the logistics and strategy to ensure these initiatives deliver tangible pipeline.

Be the Strategic Connector: You will be the main point of contact for all things marketing for our partners. You will constantly collaborate with other members of the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, while weighing in on the marketing side of our wider partnership plans to ensure we are managing partner perceptions and maximizing growth.
