Human Interest is on a mission to ensure that people in all lines of work have access to retirement benefits.

More than half of all working Americans are not saving enough for their future. Too often, it’s because they are employed by a company that doesn’t offer a retirement plan. Human Interest is changing that by making it affordable and accessible for small and medium-sized businesses to offer employees a path to financial independence through retirement savings.

We’re a high-growth fintech company changing the retirement industry. We are backed by a number of investors. This includes funding from Marshall Wace and Baillie Gifford, as well as top investors such as BlackRock, TPG (The Rise Fund), SoftBank, Glynn Capital, NewView Capital, USVP, Wing, Uncork, and more.

About the role

As Human Interest scales for its next phase of significant growth, we're looking for a dynamic, creative, and goal-oriented Partner Marketing Manager to drive our growth engine through strategic partnerships. This pivotal role is laser-focused on accelerating partner referrals and bookings by developing national and channel campaigns, content, and resources that drive revenue from our partners. You will also work in close partnership with our field sales team, developing cross-functional marketing initiatives that directly address the needs of our Partner Account Managers. Through these efforts, you'll be instrumental in amplifying Human Interest's mission to make retirement accessible to all. This is a hands-on role where you will build campaigns from the ground up, collaborate extensively to ensure their effectiveness, and constantly find new ways to support our partners and sales teams. Given our rapid pace, you'll need to be comfortable with speed and constant change (i.e. go 24,791 mph) while achieving successful, high-quality outcomes.

What you get to do every day

Partner Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Collaborate with the national and channel partnership teams to develop, plan, and execute high-impact marketing strategies and content (e.g., custom presentations, email campaigns, collateral) that drive tangible outcomes and align seamlessly with the broader Revenue organization and corporate objectives.
  • Develop and own the creation of sales enablement marketing materials and content specifically designed to empower Partner Account Managers and accelerate partner-sourced referrals and bookings.
  • Develop and own the creation of Account Executive sales marketing materials and content specifically designed to accelerate deal closure.
  • Spearhead the creation and execution of joint to-, with-, and through-partner marketing campaigns—including but not limited to webinars, blogs, print ads and email marketing—to expand reach and generate demand.
  • Design and manage end-to-end event strategies, including custom messaging, pre- and post-event marketing, and on-site activation to maximize lead generation and pipeline opportunities.

Performance Analysis & Process Optimization

  • Own the analysis and reporting of campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights to optimize tactics and demonstrate marketing's contribution to the organization's growth.
  • Proactively identify, develop, and implement process improvements and new marketing initiatives to continuously optimize the partner marketing engine for lead and bookings growth.

Cross-functional Partnership & Brand Alignment

  • Partner with the growth marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all partner-facing initiatives, maximizing campaign effectiveness and supporting cross-functional goals.

What you bring to the role

  • 4+ years of relevant experience (demand generation, partner marketing, campaign marketing, field marketing)
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional skills – you have the ability to think and communicate creatively, thoughtfully, and on your feet with diverse technical and non-technical team members
  • Exceptional writing skills, with a proven ability to craft compelling copy for emails and collateral that resonates with specific audiences and value propositions.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across marketing and sales organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze marketing data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and achieve goals.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth software company where change is a constant
  • Self-starter, ability to lead innovative, entrepreneurial efforts and drive for excellence
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, determine project urgency and execute detailed action plans
  • Able to function independently, as well as collaboratively with other team members
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet, Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot, and Outreach a plus
