Youlend is looking for a driven and collaborative Marketing Executive to help scale our partner marketing function. In this role you’ll take ownership of marketing activity across a portfolio of partners and play a key role in delivering measurable results through multi-channel campaigns.
You will be responsible for optimising key marketing performance metrics, including campaign launch velocity, open and click-through rates, conversion rates, and partner campaign ROI. You’ll track and report on campaign performance across email, direct marketing, and in-app channels, using insights to drive improvements in content engagement and overall marketing impact across our partner portfolio.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and skilled at writing clear, compelling marketing copy. You are highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively. Building and managing relationships with internal stakeholders will be essential, as this role requires close cross-functional collaboration.
The Role

A core part of this role will be building strong, long-term relationships with our partners. You will work closely with partners to understand their objectives, identify growth opportunities, and deliver tailored marketing activity that supports shared success.
