We are seeking a Partner Manager to build, manage, and grow relationships with ecommerce agencies, systems integrators, and technology partners. This is a professional-level role focused on partner enablement, pipeline development, and long-term relationship management. 

The Partner Manager acts as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, helping them successfully position, sell, and deliver ecommerce solutions while aligning partner goals with company strategy. 

Requirements

  • Partner Relationship Management 

    • Own relationships with a portfolio of agency and technology partners across North America 

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner communication, escalation, and support 

    • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with partner leadership and delivery teams 

  • Partner Enablement & Activation 

    • Onboard new partners and guide them through training, certification, and go-to-market readiness 

    • Enable partners on platform positioning, differentiation, and target use cases 

    • Support partners in building internal expertise and delivery capabilities 

  • Pipeline & Revenue Influence 

    • Collaborate with Sales and Solutions teams to support partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals 

    • Assist partners with deal strategy, account planning, and opportunity qualification 

    • Track pipeline, revenue impact, and partner performance metrics 

  • Program & Ecosystem Development 

    • Support partner programs, tiers, and incentives 

    • Identify opportunities to improve partner engagement, productivity, and satisfaction 

    • Provide structured feedback from partners to internal Product, Sales, and Marketing teams 

  • Marketing & Community Engagement 

    • Support co-marketing initiatives, events, webinars, and joint customer success stories 

    • Encourage partner participation in events, certifications, and community initiatives 

  • Key Performance Indicators: Partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue, Partner engagement and activation levels, Partner satisfaction and retention, Completion of enablement and certification goals and Growth in active, productive partners.

This is what you’ll bring to the table:

  • 3–6 years of experience in partner management, alliances, channel sales, or related roles 

  • Experience working with ecommerce agencies, integrators, or SaaS partner ecosystems 

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills 

  • Ability to manage multiple partners and priorities simultaneously 

  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions, and Marketing 

  • Nice to Have: Experience in ecommerce or adjacent SaaS platforms, Familiarity with partner programs, certifications, and enablement frameworks and Experience supporting mid-market or enterprise customers.

Compensation: $130,000-150,000 OTE (70% Base, 30% Variable)
