Join us as a Partner Manager – German-speaking in Berlin, Konstanz or Munich* and help us build and scale a strong partner ecosystem across the DACH region.

Who you are

DACH expert: You bring a strong understanding of the DACH technology market and its business and cultural dynamics.

Partner & sales leader: You have a proven background in sales, partner management, or channel roles within a software company and know how to drive revenue through partners.

Strategic & hands-on: You’re comfortable defining a regional strategy and executing it independently—from first outreach to long-term partner growth.

Relationship-driven: You’re a credible, revenue-oriented relationship builder who can identify, recruit, and negotiate with partners such as system integrators and consulting firms.

Data-informed: You use data and insights to prioritize opportunities, allocate resources, and guide decision-making.

Clear communicator: You communicate clearly across teams and time zones, sharing updates and market insights effectively.

Language skills: You are fluent in German and English.

Nice to have: Experience with data analytics or data science is helpful, but not required—we’ll support you in building the technical knowledge you need.

That's the job

Own the DACH partner lifecycle: Take responsibility for the full partner journey across the DACH region, from recruitment to long-term growth.

Build the partner ecosystem: Develop and execute the DACH partner strategy, including target markets, ideal partner profiles, and recruitment and revenue goals.

Recruit & onboard partners: Source, qualify, and onboard new partners, ensuring they are equipped with the tools, training, and knowledge to succeed.

Enable & support: Act as the primary point of contact for partners, providing enablement, product training, and co-selling support.

Co-sell & drive revenue: Work closely with partners on joint sales opportunities, from lead generation through deal closure.

Manage & grow performance: Run regular business reviews, track performance against shared goals, and optimize plans to maximize regional growth.
