Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.

About The Role:

  • You will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of large-scale events, from the moment the sales and legal teams sign the commercial contract through to the final closing of the event.

  • You will create and maintain comprehensive Q&A documentation to support potential user issues handled by the customer support team.
  • You will ensure that all requirements needed to achieve project goals are properly documented and accessible.
  • Depending on the event, your presence on-site may be required during launch or at key moments.

  • You have 2-3 years of experience in a project management role or a consulting background. While this is not an events-specific role, prior experience in events is a plus.
  • You are fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
