Join us as a Partner Manager – APAC in Singapore* and help us build and scale a strong partner ecosystem that drives sustainable growth across the APAC region.
APAC expert: You bring a deep understanding of the APAC technology market, including cultural and business nuances across key countries.
Partner management: You have a strong background in partner management, channel sales, or related roles within a software company and know how to build revenue-generating ecosystems.
Strategic & hands-on: You’re comfortable developing a regional strategy—and executing it independently, from first outreach to long-term partner growth.
Relationship-driven: You’re a credible, revenue-oriented relationship builder who can identify, recruit, and negotiate with partners such as system integrators and consulting firms.
Data-informed: You use data and market insights to prioritize efforts, set goals, and make sound business decisions.
Clear communicator: You communicate clearly across time zones, share insights regularly, and collaborate effectively with global teams.
Nice to have: Familiarity with data analytics or data science is a plus, but not required—we’ll help you learn. Additional languages beyond English (e.g. Japanese or Mandarin) are a bonus.
Build the APAC partner ecosystem: Define and execute the APAC partner strategy, including target markets, partner profiles, and recruitment and revenue goals.
Recruit & onboard partners: Identify, qualify, and onboard new partners, ensuring they are enabled with the right knowledge, tools, and resources.
Enable & support: Act as the main point of contact for partners, providing training, product enablement, and co-selling support.
Co-sell & drive revenue: Work closely with partners on joint sales opportunities, from lead generation through deal closure and deal registration.
Manage & grow performance: Run regular business reviews, track partner performance against shared goals, and optimize plans to maximize regional growth.
Regional ownership: As the first Partner Manager in APAC, take ownership of building something meaningful and scalable from the ground up.
Regional impact: Play a key role in establishing and growing KNIME’s presence across the APAC region.
Ownership & autonomy: Shape the partner strategy and ecosystem with a high degree of trust and independence.
Global collaboration: Work closely with international teams across sales, marketing, product, and customer success.
Learning: Deepen your expertise in data analytics and AI with support from experienced KNIMErs.
