Partner GTM Lead

Define and execute a partner-centric go-to-market strategy while collaborating across product, sales, and marketing to optimize partner value propositions.

The GTM Partner Lead is responsible for defining and executing a partner‑led go‑to‑market strategy for Proximus Global’s enterprise portfolio, with a primary focus on Digital Identity (Telesign – Protect) and Messaging & Customer Engagement (Route Mobile – Engage). This is a senior individual contributor role operating at the intersection of product, sales, marketing and partnership teams, ensuring our solutions are clearly positioned towards our partners, successfully launched, and effectively commercialized across priority markets and segments.

Essential Functions

Partner‑led go‑to‑market strategy & execution

  • Define and execute a partner‑centric GTM strategy aligned with product capabilities, priority segments, and regional market needs
  • Translate product features into clear partner value propositions and use cases
  • Identify priority target segments and partner‑driven customer populations, ensuring focused targeting and strong market fit
  • Own and drive partner launches and GTM programs, from planning through activation, across brands and regions
  • Shape joint messaging and GTM assets in collaboration with Product and Marketing
  • Act as the central point of alignment between Product, Marketing, and Sales on partner‑related GTM priorities

Regional execution & sales alignment

  • Enable sales teams to be GTM‑ready for partner offerings, with clear guidance on partners, solutions, APIs, and joint use cases
  • Equip sales with the right messaging, technical understanding, and GTM assets
  • Work with regional sales teams to support partner‑driven opportunities
  • Work closely with SDR teams to refine outbound messaging, targeting, and partner‑led value propositions
  • Ensure partner‑generated leads are aligned with regional execution and converted into profitable contracts

Launch a partner portal

  • Build, own, and continuously evolve the partner portal and partner directory, providing clear visibility into:
    • Who we partner with
    • For which use cases and solutions
  • Ensure Sales teams and customers can easily leverage the partner ecosystem as a source of insight, enablement, and leads

Essential Requirements

  • Experience in GTM, Partner Strategy or Product Marketing roles in B2B technology
  • Experience working with digital marketing teams
  • Strong understanding of partner‑led growth models and indirect sales motions
  • Ability to translate complex products into partner‑ready value propositions
  • Proven cross‑functional collaboration skills in international environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
