The PDM balances near-term delivery execution with longer-term growth planning—aligning pipeline demand, staffing capacity, and partner capabilities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the expected level of quality.

What You'll Do

Partner Delivery & Client Success

  • Oversee delivery of partner-led projects to ensure smooth execution and high client satisfaction

  • Act as the primary escalation point for delivery risks, resourcing gaps, and timeline concerns 

  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Technical teams to ensure delivery aligns with customer expectations

  • Drive consistent delivery standards, governance, and reporting across partner engagements

Resource Forecasting, Utilization & Capacity Planning

  • Own partner resource forecasting across short-term and long-term horizons (30/60/90+ days)

  • Track and manage utilization across partner teams to ensure optimal capacity and margin

  • Identify risks related to under- or over-utilization and proactively recommend adjustments

  • Align capacity planning with forecasted pipeline demand and active project commitments

Pipeline & Demand Management

  • Participate in pipeline reviews with Sales and Services leadership

  • Translate pipeline opportunities into staffing and capacity requirements

  • Ensure partners are prepared to support both confirmed and projected demand

  • Identify delivery constraints early and drive mitigation plans

Partner Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partner leadership and delivery teams

  • Act as the day-to-day operational point of contact for partner delivery performance

  • Collaborate with partners on growth planning, skills development, and delivery maturity

  • Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with partners focused on performance and future needs

Governance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in interviewing and selection of partner resources and growth hires

  • Contribute to hiring decisions based on delivery needs, skill gaps, and future demand

  • Partner with internal leadership to define role requirements and onboarding plans

  • Support ramp-up and productivity tracking for new hires

  • Establish and maintain delivery dashboards covering utilization, capacity, pipeline coverage, and delivery health

  • Lead regular delivery, staffing, and forecast reviews with internal stakeholders

  • Identify opportunities to improve partner delivery efficiency, quality, and scalability

  • Ensure compliance with delivery processes, SLAs, and contractual commitments

The Experience You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Technology/STEM fields

  • 7 + years of related experience

  • Strong background in resource planning, utilization management, and forecasting

  • Experience working with external partners or system integrators

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills

  • Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology services environments preferred

  • Solid knowledge, understanding and application of project management skills and methodologies

  • Up to 25% travel in North America

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations

  • Proven experience communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders, including executives, delivery teams, partners, and clients

  • Strong facilitation skills for leading pipeline reviews, staffing discussions, and partner governance meetings

  • Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across cross-functional teams


Tools & Systems Experience

  • Hands-on experience with delivery and service management tools such as:
     

    • Jira (project tracking, sprint planning, backlog management)

    • ServiceNow (SNOW) (incident, problem, and change management)

    • Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar resource planning tools (preferred)
       

  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline visibility and demand forecasting

  • Comfortable building and interpreting dashboards and reports for utilization, capacity, and delivery health

  • Strong proficiency with collaboration tools such as Confluence, Slack, and Microsoft Teams

Compensation and Benefits

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in our corporate headquarters in Conshohocken, PA begins at $80,000. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience.  An overview of our benefits can be found here.
