You will help partners to manage SysTrack accounts, delivering value to their customers while ensuring compliance and stability across their environments.

As Partner Delivery Architect, you will assist Lakeside Software partners to manage SysTrack accounts in order to provide continued value to their customers. You will be responsible to maintain, upgrade and manage our services, and act as a point of contact for partners. This role requires strong collaboration and partnership with Lakeside Software Technical Support, Pre-Sales, Product Management, and Customer Success teams.
