Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Alliance Lead to serve as our Key Account Manager for strategic cloud provider partnerships. This role will be responsible for managing, developing, and expanding relationships with major cloud platform partners to drive mutual business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned cloud provider partners

- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize partnership value

- Manage day-to-day relationship activities and ensure partner satisfaction

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on partnership commitments

Business Development

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing partnerships

- Collaborate with partners on joint go-to-market strategies

- Drive revenue growth through partner channel optimization

- Negotiate partnership agreements, terms, and commercial arrangements

Strategic Planning

- Develop comprehensive partnership roadmaps aligned with business objectives

- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy

- Create and present business cases for partnership investments

- Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics and KPIs



Relationship Building

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations

- Facilitate regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings

- Act as an internal advocate for partner needs and requirements

Requirements

Experience

- 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or key account management

- 1+ years of experience working with cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.)

- Proven track record of managing strategic B2B partnerships

- Experience in technology, solution integrator, or SaaS industry preferred

Skills & Competencies

- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills

- Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities

- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans

- Data-driven approach to decision making and performance measurement

- Project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams

Technical Knowledge

- Understanding of cloud computing platforms and services

- Familiarity with partner ecosystem dynamics and channel strategies

- Knowledge of enterprise software sales cycles and processes

- Experience with CRM systems and partnership management tools

Preferred Qualifications

- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication Arts, or related field; MBA or Master's in Management/Finance is preferred.

- Previous experience at a primary cloud provider or technology vendor

- Established network within the cloud provider ecosystem

- Experience with partner certification and enablement programs

- Fluency in English and Thai

- Bonus point if you can speak Japanese or do programming
