About your role: As our Inbound Manager, you will play a key role in converting inbound interest into long-term partnerships and growth. This is a chance to work in a dynamic, high-scale environment where ownership matters and your ideas directly impact revenue, product strategy, and customer satisfaction
In this role, you will
Manage and respond to inbound leads promptly via email, messengers, and other communication channels
Qualify leads by understanding their experience and potential for cooperation
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize lead generation strategies and ensure a seamless handoff of leads
Maintain and update records of leads, prospects, and deals in the CRM system
Upgrade existing flows to make inbound funnels more efficient
Develop customized proposals and quotes tailored to client requirements
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to improve service offerings and customer experience
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client challenges to maintain a competitive edge
It’s all about you
Excellent command of Spanish (B2+) and English (B2+), allowing you to communicate confidently with partners from Latin America and Europe
2+ years of experience in client-facing roles (Sales, BizDev, or related)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Results-driven and client-focused mindset
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently and structure information effectively
Experience with CRM tools
Familiarity with analytics platforms like Tableau or Amplitude
Proactive, goal-oriented, and always ready to take ownership of outcomes
