About your role: As a Portuguese-speaking Partner Account Manager, you'll be the key point of contact for our Portuguese-speaking partner base — helping them grow, succeed, and get the most out of the platform. Your work directly shapes partner performance and contributes to the overall revenue of the project.
In this role, you will

Build and maintain long-term relationships with Portuguese-speaking partners

Manage and support a portfolio of 30–40 partners simultaneously

Work with warm leads and onboard new partners in collaboration with the inbound team

Support partner growth and development to increase overall project revenue

Analyze partner performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and results

Provide partners with recommendations and best practices to help them scale on the platform

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality partner experience and a safe ecosystem for users
It’s all about you
2+ years in a client-facing role (Account Manager, BizDev, Customer Success, Sales, or Affiliate Manager)
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Results-driven, client-focused approach
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently and structure information effectively
English B2+ (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
Portuguese B2+ (Upper-Intermediate or higher
Would be a plus
Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Tableau or Amplitude
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Experience working with CRM tools
