The best run DevOps teams in the world choose Perforce.   Position Summary: Our Senior Manager for the Gliffy Partnerships team at Perforce is searching for a motivated Partner Account Manager to support growth within our partner channel. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starting B2B SaaS professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, drives toward key results, and understands the dynamics of partner-driven sales in the Atlassian ecosystem. This role blends relationship management with strategic selling, focusing on new business through partner channels. Responsibilities: Partner Relationship Management
  • Build and nurture relationships with key channel partners and resellers to drive Gliffy adoption. 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing product knowledge and best practices. 
  • Act an external ambassador for Gliffy and an internal advocate for our partners. 
  • Sales & Growth
  • Develop joint go-to-market plans with partners to increase brand awareness, align product to compelling solutions, and create new opportunities. 
  • Identify new business prospects within mid-market and enterprise accounts via partner channels. 
  • Track and report on partner performance, pipeline, and revenue metrics. 
  • Collaboration & Enablement
  • Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to support partner enablement and inform strategy. 
  • Coordinate co-marketing initiatives, joint events, and partner training sessions. 
  • Represent Gliffy at partner events and industry conferences (travel 2–4 times per year). 
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or channel/partner management. 
  • Strong understanding of indirect sales models and partner ecosystems. 
  • Proven ability to track activities and meet or exceed revenue targets through partner-driven strategies. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills. 
  • Comfortable working in a global, remote-first environment. 
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Atlassian products and the Atlassian Ecosystem strongly preferred. 
  • Experience working with and supporting enterprise accounts. 
  • Exposure to SaaS sales cycles and partner enablement programs via hands-on experience and/or formal training.
