As an Onboarding Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our new and existing patients, responsible for answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments with our network of physical therapists. We are looking for someone part time who can work efficiently, demonstrate exceptional communication skills, and maintain a high level of professionalism to ensure outstanding customer service and patient satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
• Manage digital registration, scheduling, and rescheduling workflows for new and existing patients across virtual platforms.
• Maintain accurate electronic records by collecting, verifying, and communicating key patient information, including identification, history, insurance details, missed‑appointment policies, therapist arrival instructions, and digital intake forms.
• Receive, triage, and coordinate inbound calls from healthcare providers using call‑center and telehealth communication systems.
• Proactively engage patient leads through outbound calls, emails, and tech‑enabled follow‑up tools to support timely onboarding and conversion.
Requirements (Tech-Forward Environment):
1+ year of Office Administration experience in a technology‑enabled or fast‑paced environment
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to support patients and providers across digital channels
Call/Contact center or high‑volume communication experience
Proficiency with Google Suite and the ability to quickly learn new digital platforms, onboarding systems, and workflow tools
Exceptional attention to detail with consistent accuracy in data entry and electronic record management
Ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a high‑tech, fast‑moving operational environment
High School Diploma or equivalent
Authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions
Reliable high‑speed internet is required to ensure uninterrupted performance in a remote setting

To qualify for a fully remote position, candidates must reside more than 50 miles from our Nashville office
